How to Configure Safari using iPad/iPhone for Persivia Telehealth Portal?

Configure safari permission for Telehealth

1. From the home screen, open the Safari application. Doing so opens the check-in screen.

   

2. Here, open Website Settings.

   

3. Ensure that the camera and mic are set to Allow.

   

4. Select Done.
5. Refresh the tab.
6. In case one is unable to see themselves in the camera feed, restart the Safari browser.
7. Make sure the camera works with FaceTime.
8. Make sure nothing is blocking the camera.
9. For IOS13 and above, the camera and mic can be enabled as a default setting.
10. For that, open Settings.
11. Scroll down to open Safari tab.
12. Ensure that the camera and mic are set to Allow.
13. Make sure that the Request Desktop Site option is turned off.
