Dr. Mansoor Khan is a 20 year veteran of the software and healthcare industries. He is a serial entrepreneur who has been developing advanced technologies and cutting edge software since the mid 90s. Over the years he has led teams that have developed technology and applications for Disease Surveillance, Artificial Intelligence, Quality Management, Analytics, Care Management and Cost and Utilization Management. These efforts have won numerous awards over the years including best Decision Support System for ACOs (Blackbook) and Top 100 AI companies. Previously Dr. Khan founded and had successful exits from KeyCommerce (1997 – 2004), DiagnosisOne (2005 – 2012) and was CEO of Alere Analytics (2012 – 2015).
Dr. Fauzia Khan has deep expertise in algorithm design, knowledge acquisition and engineering as well as data mining and leveraging these capabilities to improve outcomes. She is the author, editor and primary visionary of the “Guide to Diagnostic Medicine”, Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, 2002. Prior to Persivia, Dr. Khan was an attending physician, and program director of Informatics, Department of Pathology at UMass Memorial Health Center, and an Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Pathology Residency Program at UMass Medical School.
Ammar has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in growing, scaling and selling venture- backed and private equity-backed entities in various sectors. He was CFO/ COO at NaviNet and led it to a successful exit. He has also led exits as CFO for Cayan and TNS Media. He is a graduate of McGill University.

Shardul leverages his clinical background and in-depth knowledge of Persivia’s CareSpace platform to delve into customer needs and deliver relevant product demonstrations. After the sale, he helps ensure the client has a seamless on-boarding experience by mapping out their current workflows in the CareSpace Platform and providing thorough training.
With an impressive 25 years in the healthcare industry, Sharon has been responsible for customer accounts and customized education and collaboration to improve hospital quality and patient outcomes. Prior to Persivia, Sharon was the Director of Quality, Scotland Health Care System affiliated with Carolinas Healthcare System in North Carolina. She was responsible for the hospital’s quality and performance improvement program and implemented Lean Six Sigma to strategically identify and standardize hospital-based, organizational priorities.
Osman has honed his skills as a trusted advisor to Persivia’s public health clients, facilitating open communication between client and internal teams to define and maintain SLA requirement satisfaction. He is a detail-oriented person known for his timely, pleasant manner in providing strategic and operational leadership. Osman has achieved green belt certification in Lean Six Sigma. He applies astute project management skills to ensure successful development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes for customers.
Mr. Zwanziger is one of LumiraDx’s co-founders and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the LumiraDx group, since its inception in November 2014. He has served as a member of LumiraDx’s board of directors since September 2016 when the company was established as the parent entity of group. Mr. Zwanziger brings strategic vision, leadership, extensive business and operating experience and deep knowledge of the industry to the company. From 2001 to 2014, Mr. Zwanziger served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Alere Inc., a diagnostic test manufacturer, or Alere. From 1992 to 2001, he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Alere’s predecessor company, Inverness Medical Technology Inc., or Inverness, until the company was acquired by Johnson & Johnson. From 1981 to 1991, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MediSense, a medical device company. Mr. Zwanziger served as a director of AMAG Pharmaceuticals Inc. from November 2006 to December 2011 and currently serves on the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Zwanziger received a B.S. in civil engineering from Imperial College London and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Ed is a director at Masimo Corp. and a trustee of Johns Hopkins Medicine, the Johns Hopkins Health System Corp. and Mercy Health Services.
Tadd S. Wessel is the founder and Managing Partner of Petrichor. Mr. Wessel was formerly a Managing Director at OrbiMed Advisors, where he led the build out of the healthcare special situations and structured finance business. Prior to OrbiMed, Mr. Wessel was a Vice President in the Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund at Fortress Investment Group, focused on healthcare investments. Mr. Wessel began his career in investment banking at Robertson Stephens, where he worked in the life sciences group. Mr. Wessel holds an A.B. in Biology from Princeton University.
Dr. Ahmad Imran is Corporate Vice President of Quality and Value-Based Care for Prime Healthcare Services. Dr. David Carmouche joined Ochsner with 19 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in medicine and operations. Dr. Scott is one of LumiraDx’s co-founders and has served as Chief Technology Officer of the LumiraDx group since its inception in November 2014. He has served as a member of LumiraDx’s board of directors since September 2016 when the company was established as the parent entity of group. Dr. Scott’s scientific and management background in the diagnostics industry provides LumiraDx with valuable business, research and development, manufacturing and operations expertise. Dr. Scott held several positions with Alere, including as a member of the board of directors, and as a Chief Scientific Officer from 2001 to 2013. From 1999 to 2001, he served as Chairman of Inverness until the company was acquired by Johnson & Johnson. From 1995 to 1999, Dr. Scott also served as managing director of Inverness Medical Limited. Dr. Scott received a B.S. in microbiology from University of Warwick, and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from University of Kent.
